I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024. When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken. I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024. on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you. Because of the parcel was broken they stated. So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them? They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept. Until today they only come with lame excuses. Rest assured, bla, bla, bla. I have done my last shopping @ Lazada. Their freight company (lex ph) and customer service is so very bad. Like
