I ordered from Lazada for quite a few years and didn't have any bad experiences, until I needed their customer service. It's very, very bad.
An order was late and I asked them what happened. I chatted with 2 agents, and both of them were useless and couldn't answer simple questions about deliveey, warranty etc. All they did was apologising again and again, using the same words, like parrots.
If ever I will have to use Lazada, it will definitely only be with COD.
