Wrong items shipped. No offer of voucher or discount. Costs money to print label and repackage. Their courier LEX in Cebu is assigned to pick up item. I am told a date by Lazada. LEX comes to my address in the morning without confirming I can be there. I am at work. They call me and leave an SMS. I tell them will be back at 4 p.m. LEX confirms, but they come about 90 minutes late. The LEX guy comes. He accuses me of missing my morning pickup, and he acts as if he is doing me a favor by taking the return parcel. They do not scan it. Why? Lazada does not equip them with scanners. I check Lazada website. No confirmation of my return. I complain. They asked if I took a photo of the courier. Lazada never instructed me to do so. They promise to track it down. Waste of time, money, and effort. No offer of voucher or discount to compensate. Cheap and incompetent -- Lazada & LEX.
