I had an allergic reaction to their “fluff gaurd” I have used the regular wash for years with no issues, so I though this would be a safe bet. I emailed them three times and have left several voicemails inquiring about returning the product and receiving a refund. I have never gotten a response. It has been three weeks. It would be nice to receive a response.
