“They say 5 day wear for lace ups. While the clusters are beautiful, the adhesive and sealant didn't work. My lashes came off 24 hours later, while dabbing my face with a towel. I just lost the tip of the sealant in the bottle.... which as I was using I was like oh man this is so helpful.....then it broke lol.”
“I recently started using the Lace It Up collection, which is a great line for clients that cannot get extensions for many different reasons. Almost as soon as I ordered, the adhesive was sold out. And is STILL sold out. With no idea when it will be back in stock. Then I went to reorder the large box of Lace It Up lashes and they are completely gone from the website. I had clients jump at the chance to have these lashes applied weekly and now I've had to buy adhesive from other companies and with the small amount of lashes that are now only available in the small box, this isn't cost effective for me or my clients. This was such an amazing addition to my business and it already isn't sustainable.”

“I had an allergic reaction to their “fluff gaurd” I have used the regular wash for years with no issues, so I though this would be a safe bet. I emailed them three times and have left several voicemails inquiring about returning the product and receiving a refund. I have never gotten a response. It has been three weeks. It would be nice to receive a response.”
