I have been a customer of LCN.COM for 2 years and at first the customer care was excellent.
However recently the service has been dreadful!
I'm severely Disabled and I made a mistake in upgrading my services. At the time I was in hospital for 10 days, most of it hooked up to a morphine infusion.
I've lost access to my email account and to my website. I use email to communicate with my Stroke Care Team and other people involved in my care.
I'm being bounced from Tech Support to Sales for days.
They want £350 to roll back my account!
