I have been a customer with LD ink Products for over 20 years without a problem until now. With the high cost of printer cartridges I decided to try refill kits. I order two kits one color and one black. Two separate packages were received both containing Black refill kits, each different manufacturers. I have been corresponding with their customer service dept. at least 4 times without resolve. The person reviewing my problem does not seem to understand the problem and continues to tell me different information implying I got the correct ink. This has become very frustrating so I have decided to write this review in hopes someone at LD will read and get back to me with a satisfactory solution by sending me what I ordered (a color ink kit) for my Canon printer.
