“I ordered cartridges for my Color LaserJet at the end of 2025. I finally put them in my printer only to discover that each toner cartridge had an issue. After further investigation, the toner cartridges did not look like traditional LD Products I had used previously and they were in different packaging. I contacted LD Products and they immediately replaced all 4 cartridges. The new cartridges were clearly branded LD and packaged differently. I could tell they were of a better quality. Once I installed them, they worked flawlessly. Therefore, very happy with the LD branded toner and with LD Customer Support.”
