Customer service ran by school kids (if there is a problem, they ignore you)
They sold an item that they didn´t have in stock, with the promise of delivering it to me one month later. After that month, I asked for an update on the delivery day and they refunded my money back straight away (without asking for it and even saying that I didn´t want a refund, just an update). The reason was because the item was back in stock but was more expensive now. Tried to contact them on the phone, through emails, chat, call back requests...they ignored me until they probably realised that I had a lot of free time to keep asking for a respond and after 4-5 emails they finally justified that they can´t sell it for the initial price because now is more expensive (And that´s why the refunded me without asking for it, just few days before my delivery day).
Summarizing, don´t buy things out of stock if you don´t wanna waste your time and your energy chasing them...customer service is pretty much inexistent!
