Very disappointed. I placed my order on 20th July for a product with a 5-7 day lead time. When I had heard nothing by 29th July I contacted Customer Service for an update and was told they should be arriving the week of 31st. it is now the 9th August and I have heard nothing and not received my order. This is not impressive. I understand that sometimes things are not in stock, but a combination of misleading lead-times on the product page and then no communication whatsoever is totally unacceptable. I still have no idea when, or if, my products will arrive. I can't comment on the quality of the products, not surprisingly, not having seen them!
