I ordered some solid oak furniture board . It was well packaged to avoid chips/scratching and when I opened it I was happy . Used it to make tv bench and various shelving . It sanded up lovely and looks amazing with a clear varnish/wax and furniture polish . Very happy . I would have rated 5 stars but communication about delivery was poor as it advertised next day and this did not happen I rang up 3 days later and was told it would be with me that day , so I waited in for delivery and it did not arrive until the following day again . This area needs improving on as it is an important part of customer service/customer satisfaction . Overall though I was extremely happy with the product .
