Price of the product I needed (walnut contiboard) was originally high compared to other suppliers but this was then subsequently reduced to a more competitive price which encouraged me to buy. On delivery, one of the items was damaged but a call to Leader Stores resulted in a replacement being quickly sent without any hassle.
