I ordered a nest of tables and told that it wouldn't be arriving until July! I obviously cancelled the product and asked for a full refund. I waited the usual 3-5 days for it to go into my account, but nothing happened. I rang back a further 5 times only to be told absolute rubbish that it had gone into my account and maybe the problem was with my bank! This was not the case. After finally demanding to speak to the manager, I recieved my very late refund 4 days later.
I would not recommend this site to my worst enermy. Absolutely awful service.
