This company's Customer Service, laughingly called their 'Success team' is non existent. Response to emails takes days and phone calls are left on hold for well over 30-60 minutes every time.....
The biggest issue with most customers is in trying to obtain a refund.. Good luck with that.
I've had to take my complaint to Trading Standards.
