Made enquiries via web chat re a pendant light that was required urgently. Was assured that regardless of it not being in stock, it would be available within a week. Chased after receiving nothing only to be told that the unit would not be coming in to stock for a further two months.
A refund was issued quickly which is why I have give two stars.
