Although I ordered a small product nearly a month ago it is yet to arrive.
I sent an email to customer services after 2 weeks - no reply to that.
I telephoned after 2 and a half weeks and they phoned me back to say it was due in the following day and they would send it out guaranteed next day. There have been 4 working days for it to arrive and Surprise Surprise it still isn't here.
A total lack of communication since and no product.
I wouldn't recommend them.
