Ordered some dado rail and was told it would be delivered in a week. Nothing arrived. I was then told it would be another week, again nothing arrived. I was then told it would be another 2 weeks, at which point i got a refund. Worse part was that every time I contacted customer support they kept telling me that they would call me back and never did so I had to constantly chase them. This is the first and last time that I will order from them, Amazon they are not.
