I ordered a light fitting on the 21st December 2014 and although they took my payment I heard nothing more.I allowed for Christmas holidays then emailed them on the 5th January 2015. I received a prompt reply saying they had contacted the supplier and they should be receiving it the next day. Another week passed and I had not received the light or heard from leader stores. I emailed them again only to be told it is out of stock until February! Consequently I have asked for a refund. The price of the light fitting was the lowest I could find for that particular light, but the lack of communication was extremely poor.
