I ordered flooring that was supposed to be in stock, but then they told me it wasn't. They promised it would be in a week later but again no flooring. I then cancelled my order and asked for a refund. After 11 days I'm still waiting for the refund and have emailed on numerous occasions to ask for my refund due to me now being overdrawn in my bank account and will not be paid by my work until the end of the month, but again no reply back from them.
I will never recommend or use this company again.
