Communications with the store were very good. However, the delivery man was not happy about bringing the bath inside the house because of insurance, fortunately he did bring it inside the house because I was alone and unable to carry it in myself.
The delivery man said the store should advise customers that the delivery men can only deliver to the door and that they -the delivery men - are unable to take the goods inside the house?!
