I was sent the wrong item, and when i contacted you to tell you, i was told that i needed to provide photographic evidence as the supplier didn't believe me. Your staff were very polite, but i didn't appreciate the fact that my word was being questioned.
I am still waiting for the correct item to be sent and the wrong item to be collected.
