Although the French doors I ordered took the maximum time suggested to arrive, I did get responses to my email queries about where the order was, and they did then turn up when I was told they would. After reading a fair amount of not so great reviews of Leader Stores I was concerned after the initial couple of weeks of waiting for delivery, but in my case the communication was good and they didn't let me down. The product is of excellent quality as well.
