Prior to my order I spoke with one of the customer care team to confirm I was selecting the correct item. The adviser was very polite and helpful and confirmed everything was fine. He also advised on the lead time for the item, which was accurate. The order went through with no glitches, and the delivery was made on the arranged date with no problems either.
