courier service is poor. They can't even organise a quick phone call or text to tell you that the courier is on his way, which means you're supposed to stay in all day waiting for a delivery; which is in this day and age is outdated.
The courier also wanted to leave the item outside with the neighbour. Which would have been bad if it had rained ! Luckily the neighbour insisted that it came indoors.
