Dispicable treatment over maintenance charge. Refused to engage. Figures they claim are owed are completely fictitious. I have sent irrefutable evidence and yet they are still proceeding with legal action. Meanwhile, once smart flats are looking tired and shabby. Lazy, heartless and money-grabbing.
