the moment they took over the building managment everything went down.... horrible experience.
Getting deposit back was a mission impossible.
Being without hot water last winter for over 3 months
If anyone interested to see how they handle the work just ask, tons of photos and videos available.
So if tenant, do not pay last rent, let thgem take deposit otherwise goodluck to you.
If Landlord, stayaway, the are going to f. it up !!!
