I needed a certificate ASAP for a job. I paid for my hard copy of my certificate via PayPal, on the website, as I was logged in as you were supposed to, and nobody mailed me the certificate. I then emailed them in which they said they didn't know who sent them the payment, yet refused to actually email me and let me know this. Luckily I emailed them. They couldn't even email me with the email address linked to my PayPal to tell me they didn't know who sent the payment, even though I sent it while logged into the LearnTEFL website So that made it delay an entire week since they only mail on Friday. Now it is 1 week later from that, and they tell me they mailed it to the wrong address. He tells me an address he sent to that I had no idea why he had that listed for me, as I never would have given that address, an address I've never heard of. So not they have to resend it again. One time he didn't; respond to me for about 2 days, another time about 3 days. This is outrageous! You would think this company would be able to receive a payment on their website for the Certificate, which is the main point of this whole thing, and be able to mail the certificate to the address given to them to the person who paid for it. I need this Certificate ASAP and I have no idea when I will actually receive it. He should send it express delivery but at this point, who knows what they will do.
