I am an American and I studied hard and feel I earned my certificate. The additional information provided for further online study/research was excellent. The promised time for grading the quarterly written exam was ontime. I learned a lot!! I will begin my career by volunteering teaching English and helping the language staff at the University of Hue, College of Foreign Languages (Vietnam).
