I would never recommend this company and if I could get out of my contract with them right now, I would. They NEVER answer the phone! I have been calling for 12 weeks to book a service for my vehicle and they just do not answer the phone. I have emailed and on one occasion someone called Chris Gill (customer service) emailed me back and just told me to phone as I had already been doing. Another time someone picked up, told me I was in a overflow queue and someone would call me back, but of course they didn’t. And to make matters worse, I filed a complaint and the response that came back was, ‘this issue has been resolved and the case has been closed’. And nothing has been resolved at all. I will not contact them ever again and will aim to purchase the vehicle at the end of the term so I never have to have any need for contact. Appallingly dreadful company
