I leased a car through leaseplan for 3 years, Prior to sending the car back i sent the car to a local workshop and they went over the whole car and made sure there was no marks, scratches or anything wrong with the body work of the car. However, i received over £1000 invoice for wear and tear. I am really not happy with Leaseplan trying to rip off people and taking this to the ombudsman.
Furthermore the car went back with 10,000 miles under the mileage that i had been paying for.
