I’d put 0 stars if I could. The customer service is abysmal to say the least, the leadership of this company must be cowboys! I have been waiting 5 months for a refund of £298 which was wrongfully debited, of which I am yet to receive! I’ve spoken with various departments, had calls cut off, emails ignored and false promises in abundance. Simply read reviews and tweets. My experience is not unique. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Pay extra and go elsewhere.
