Over 2 months waiting for a refund
I rented a vehicle for six days whilst in Rome. When I arrived to collect the car it was too small to accommodate our luggage and I was told they didn't have anything larger available. I then cancelled the booking and was told that I would lose one day rental and that the remainder would be refunded to my card. Over two months later and despite many emails telling me they would refund, I have received nothing.
