Having returned a rental car to Olbia Airport, Sardinia on 31st August in perfect working order, Leasys have still failed to return the deposit of EUR600 after 5 weeks. There is nothing at all in their Ts & Cs giving them the right to withhold funds for this long. Although they claimed by email to have repaid this on 26th September and shifted the responsibility to the "credit institute that has issued your credit card", no funds have been received. Having made half a dozen calls to their "Customer Service" number - where the rep slammed the phone down last time - and emailed them cs at leasysrent.it twice, this still hasn't been resolved! LEASYS ARE THIEVES, SCAMMERS & LIARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! NOW ABOUT TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO RECOVER THE FUNDS!
