They held my credit card info for over three months and charged me 40 euro service charge for a traffic violation. I was provided no information on the type of traffic violation, date it happened, or where it happened. I was only told that the 40 euro was their charge. I have no idea what the fine will be. Keep in mind that I rented from them almost 4 months ago in the first week of July. Stay clear of this company.
