My 12 year old daughter had a Lebara account, so she and her 14 year old brother agreed he would also move across via the £50 referral offer, planning to split the reward £25 each. Despite following the steps as Lebara instructs and my son successfully transferring to Lebara, the £50 reward was not forthcoming. My daughter contacted Lebara customer services, who went through the motions of being helpful but in fact were completely hopeless and ineffective. Lebara never paid the £50 referral reward and 6 months have now passed, although they did succeed in signing up both my son and my daughter, who feel they have been well and truly ripped off. BEWARE!
