I've just received my SIM from Lebara. Firstly, the automatic data set up routines didn't work. Secondly, I've completed a request to move my existing number to Lebara, but the request will take 6 days to process. Which is 5 days longer than my previous experience with other carriers, and effectively leaves me uncontactable because I don't want to give out a temporary number.
I've contacted the so-called customer support team, but the agent didn't understand what I was saying, it was like speaking to a programmed robot.
All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience and I'm sorry I ever thought about switching to this company.
