Joined Lebara last few weeks, there has been one problem after another, definitely not a smooth transition.
Customer support did not resolve the problems, was often not great, and in one case caused even more knock on problems.
Case was escalated to a manager a few times with promised call backs, that did not happen, again a few times. Service is really poor.
I was finally connected by someone randomly as I was about to enter a meeting, so we agreed a time that suited them to call me back- again NO CALL back as promised, and so it goes on!
