I purchased this bed with high hopes. It looks very nice however I’ve been very disappointed with how thin inner cushion is. When you press down on this you feel the floor underneath. The only way out dog will use it is if we had extra padding underneath the cushion.
I can see you have replied to my review but there is no obvious way to reply to you. Please can you help ?
