The reason I stay with Le Chameau is that the boots are amazing and the customer service is second to none. I have worn these boots for around 7 years now, changing from another brand that will remain nameless. I wish I had done this years ago. I wear them every day and for this reason, they do get a battering but they stay as good as the day they were bought which makes them the best on the market. I have been lucky to wear several different brands and all of them are excellent. As with any consumable, they also suffer wear and tear and with the warranty in place, there is a no-fuss quick exchange with an amazing team of customer support persons arranging everything.
