I am still waiting for the item I ordered in April. Although your customer representative Kelsey was very helpful my order is still not fulfilled. The whole process is very frustrating. I received the complementary boot bag but my main issue was still not addressed. I am still waiting for my Chelsea boots that I ordered in April. I even contacted the courier company FedEx to clarify and they have not even received the shipment other than the boot bag which was delivered and I received notification Of the delivery with the picture of the package. Kelsey was informed with all the details. I hope she is able to resolve this matter soon and despatch my order soon.
