The individual dealing with my enquiry regarding the replacement of a lost part took ownership of my problem immediately. Without prompting, a resolution to my problem was found - with only a photograph provided by me the part was identified and despatched to me the same day. I received follow-up emails to check that all was well and to inform me of the progress of the delivery of my part. It has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience dealing with Le Chameau and has confirmed that there are indeed professional and dedicated people working in the commercial world - well done.
