Ordering and receiving the boots was fine. The problem was returning them (wrong size). Having entered all the information for my chosen return method, I got an email with a QR code etc - but no address of a shop to which I could return them! And when I asked, you gave me a list of shops that do not accept returns on behalf of Relais Colis. Not impressed.
