Very easy to return and exchange products to get the correct size via consumer service! Very well-made boots and supple leather as described! However, unfortunately, the more affordable versions are not made to fit women with smaller calf sizes. I would love to own a pair as they seem durable and long-lasting, but after two returns decided that they are not made for petit fits. If ever they come out with a new product line - or even kids sizes that are made to fit small adults, I will certainly give Le Chameau another go!
