Last year in April , 2023 I bought Vierzon Cuir boots. They were purchased not from Le Chameau directly but from third party store. Boots arrived, fit perfectly and looked great. Couple of weeks ago and after very light use, one side of the strap on one of the boots came unglued. I emailed Le Chameau and received a message that since I did not buy from them directly, there is NOTHING they can do.
To sum it up, great looking boots however quality is not what they used to be. Company does NOT stand behind their products.
