Ordered three pairs of boots from Le chameau USA . One pair was wrong size so I reached out by telephone to get a replacement pair with a return label for the incorrect pair they sent me. A very unhelpful person named Brenda told me they don’t do that and hung up on me. So I returned all three pair. I won’t do business with them again if it means having to deal with her. They should sell there whole product line through someone else like Amazon even because they don’t understand customer service very well. It is too bad because I have enjoyed their boots a lot in the past but I don’t treat people that way and I won’t be treated that way.
