Very disappointing experience. I purchased boots that turned out to be too large, but the sizing issue was only clear after a minimal test outside. Customer service refused a return or replacement, claiming the boots were “worn” due to light scratches on the soles. If such minor use can scratch the soles, it seriously raises questions about the product’s quality.
Their rigid and unhelpful response shows a lack of care for genuine customer concerns.
