Had the worst online buying experience with Lechic. The product measurement didnt match description and management was very defensive and even ask me if my tape measure is off as if its the first time i am using or buying clothes online. I agree with other review that the “customer service “ is very defensive and poor attitude . Other user on carousell also shared her negative experience and also decided to forgo the vouchers or exchange to avoid another negative experience / toxic exchange. Avoid buying from them!
