I am extremely disappointed in the utter lack of customer service at Le Creuset.
The entire process has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional on the part of Le Creuset. I placed an order for a paella pan on 7/27/2025. I received their crepe pan TWICE!! The order was processed incorrectly twice!! The first time I received the crepe pan, I was told that I could not receive the paella pan until I returned that crepe pan. I returned that crepe pan and had to inquire about the shipment of the paella pan several days after the initial crepe pan was received by Le Creuset. It WAS NOT shipped as I was told it would be. I waited for the second shipment to be processed only to receive the crepe pan yet again. When I asked again for the paella pan, I was told that I could not receive it until I shipped the second crepe pan back to Le Creuset. This process was so unsettling that I asked for a refund, and I am still waiting for the refund, even after the 14 days I was originally told. Now I am told to wait 5-7 business days while the "accounting department" is being contacted.
The handling of this matter by Le Creuset has been the most egregious process I have experienced and an absolute slap in the face. Clearly, Le Creuset has no appreciation for returning customers.
