Slow shipping, wont accept returns without charging "Deducting return costs of £15.66 per box along with original shipping" Completely illegal and against the EU "Distance Selling Directive (97/7)" "Legislation dictates that the buyer must pay the return costs but gain a full refund (original postage cost)" Going via paypal now for a FULL refund. Edit1: Finally received a FULL refund via paypal. LedKia did a partial refund (deducting £16) . Went back to paypal and got it all. Never again, and I certainly would NOT trust the wording "If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back."
