I ordered some LED lamps on the 28th January. I have not received the lamps. Ledkia acknowledge I have not received the lamps but refuse to refund until they have the order back at their premises. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but they say this is their policy, I paid for the product but they have failed to deliver the product for whatever reason. This is not my fault as the customer and should not be held accountable in waiting for a refund still 6 weeks down the line.
